Tasting Notes: Sweet-Nutty, Cocoa, Dried Apple
Notes: I've enjoyed Peruvian coffees since we've started our roasting business because of coffees like this one. I picked up a new ceramic coffee filter (drip brewer) from Japan and made several great cups of coffee with it. From my roasting and brewing, I found the sweet nutty flavors more present in the cup and got a lot of the cocoa notes in the aftertaste/fragrance from grinding the coffee.
